Handover to Live West of the local housing development in Pool took place in February.  A year long construction project, the 12 residential properties located at the newly named Cousin Jack Walk are now fully occupied.  A major roofing and other refurbishments project has been underway over the winter/spring at St Just Church and we are part way through a three bedroom new build near Penzance.  Further refurbishments have taken place at Falmouth RNLI Lifeboat Station and we have been busy at The Minack Theatre with pre-season improvements.
